How it works – step by step

1. Order your test online and complete the payment.
2. You will receive by email a secure patient questionnaire (with PIN code) – covering diet, lifestyle, regular medications/supplements, diagnosed conditions, family history, and environmental factors. It can also be completed via phone consultation upon request.
3. In the same email, you will also receive your test number – this must be included with your name and surname inside the envelope with your hair sample.
4. Collect your hair sample according to instructions (natural, uncoloured, clean, minimum 2 cm length, 200 mg total = one tablespoon of hair from the occipital area).
5. Send the sample to the MJ-4U facility (instructions included).
6. The sample will be securely forwarded for professional laboratory analysis.
7. Laboratory analysis and verification are performed.
8. Digital results are delivered within 10 working days of the sample arriving at the lab.
9. A printed report is available at an additional fee (delivery time extended due to postage).
